Q: Do you have EDR (Endpoint detection and response?

All our endpoints that are under our managed services plan have 24/7 endpoint detector and response.

Our firewalls, antivirus and malware software keep out most evil-doers, but if an endpoint gets a cyber security problem of some nature, the EDR software will detect it and, in most cases, it will resolve it automatically. The rest of the cases get bumped to a 24/7 team of cybersecurity experts who resolve the problem manually.
