Customer story: Fleet Complete


Shortly after a surge in business, which mobile-workforce-management company Fleet Complete referred to as "man your battle stations" mode, the company kicked into disaster recovery mode. In January 2018, the Fleet Complete head office in Toronto, Canada, was flooded. Although many employees could not access the office, with cloud technology, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365, the company remained completely operational amidst disaster.
